As I was getting off the train at my station I noticed a blind man walking in front of me using his stick to navigate his way.. Most likely unfamiliar with this station he was heading away from the exit and back towards the tracks. Before I had a chance to help, a young man stepped forward and put his hand on his shoulder and asked him if he needed help getting out of the station and the man replied yes thank you very much. It was a small gesture of kindness but brought a tear to my eye. I wish everyone was this kind.
