Arts Award

Arts Award is all about supporting young people to deepen their engagement with the arts. It’s a great way to nurture and celebrate enthusiasm and skill at the lower levels and talent and leadership at the higher levels.

Our Museums can support any Arts Award, however we have a wide range of programmes that work at Discover and Explore level. Many of these can be integrated into class topics and make full use of the museum visit as a central part of the Award, reducing any impact on teacher workload. We can provide Tees Valley Arts Award materials and help out with marking and moderation.

For more information on Arts Award or to use it with your students, please contact: tracy.linsley@stockton.gov.uk.
